Daddy's Day ! 17th June 2012 and Greenwood Fish Market

Minor hiccups along the way, got semi-lost, Dad chose Greenwood Fish Market and off we went! 

The bottle of water which was only filled once and didn't get refilled until we made our second order for desserts. The server was incredibly rude. He slammed the menu which was just stored at a cabinet behind our table and was so darn curt like he can't be bothered when he realized we were only going to order 1 main course but hey, we ordered 3 more starters together with that main course and that was for 3 people and we wanted desserts too which we did order in the end. This is the part that made me feel a bit unhappy to pay the bill with. It isn't like I am just spending 30 bucks for 3 people.

Sashim Platter @ $38 SGD ++ which was one of the starters we ordered.

NZ Green Lipped Mussels with Garlic and White Wine Sauce @ $17.95 SGD ++  This one is worth it. Nice and plump.

 Tasmanian oysters @ $4.50 SGD per pc ($27 SGD ++ for half a dozen) ...Quite small but fresh.

 Complimentary bread. Good to soak up the Garlic and White Wine Sauce.

Mahi Mahi fish from Hawaii with tatoes and vegetable @ $32.95 SGD ++ (This was the main course....it was so-so.)

Then we ordered the desserts which took around 25 minutes to come as one of them was the lava cake. So my advice is to order the Lava cake in the middle of your dinner so that you don't have to wait ~ :)

We were seated at the other side of their restaurant and on the way out, here's a snapshot of the fishes of the day!

Overall bill came up to $164 SGD + (Forgot the cents) Anyway, what's most important is that Daddy and Mummy enjoyed! <3 Happy Daddy's Day once again! I love you, Dad!
